#1 I have been using the natural solution  for 5 months. My spa keeps very clean and clear, the Ph stay at 8.0 and the water is very soft. My wife love it now, we use are spa  2 or 3 time a week. love your product.

#3 I've been using The Natural Solution for 5 weeks now. I purchased a bottle at a local show in Vancouver, WA. I had purchased a new spa and this was the intial fill and use. #4  I have owned a hot tub for 21 years. I can't believe how I struggled for years with chlorine, then bromine and daily tests for PH.  Then I met Ken at the local fair. What you told me was almost too good to be true. Well, it is all true! I simply add 2 oz of The Natural Solution every week and shock as needed only. It maintain a beautiful clean - sparkling water. My wife has terrible allergies. If I didn't keep the chlorine or bromine and the PH just exactly right, she would breakout in tiny red bumps all over her body. #6  Hi Ken,  Just wanted you to know that I have been using The Natural Solution for about 4 months now and I am very happy with your product. No more chemicals to mix, no more worries about chlorine, do I have enough, not enough, no more worries about akalinity. I could never get these chemicals right & also their cost was very high. With The Natural I no longer have to worry about using the hot tub. Just add 2 oz every week and shock if needed. It's great, it works! I also am telling my friends about The Natural Spa Treatment. I Would like to take this opportunity to applaud The Natural Solution company for it's great hot tub additives.  We enjoy being able to get in the hot tub and know we aren't being harmed by harsh chemicals. The fact that when we clean the tub out and the water doesn't harm plants or animals is amazing. We have 2 Scottish Terriers and want no harm to come to them what so ever. I check the PH every other week, why I don't know, but jsut for my piece of mind. It has almost always been spot on.  This is great stuff. Our neighbors turned us on to it and we will keep pushing for others to use it.

We started using this product when you first started sell it! and have been extremely happy with the benefits! My daughter is extremely allergic to chemicals in traditional spa products and you assured us that she world not itch after we switched to The Natural Solution.....and you were right!!

After using your product for over a four months period, I feel I can recommend it very hightly. I have always had super-sensitive skin and several weeks after first using our new hot tub I had a terrible rash. It just got worse and worse. Since we have been using The Natural Solution, I can go  back in the hot tub and the more frequently I go in, infact, the better my skin is. It actually makes my psoriasis symptoms go away. I didn't expect the results to be so dramatic, especially as we had been directed to buy so many different and expensive chemicals for our hot tub. I guess the people who make the hot tubs really make the money off selling the chemicals. It was acturally our house inspector who turned us on to your product and he turned out to be a very reliable fellow! #10  Ken, I should have written this earlier. What a great product you have! My wife and I have had our tub for over 2 years. The first year we fought the battle with chlorine, shock and all the nasty chemicals. It got to the point we really did not enjoy using it.

We had the good fortune to run into you at the Home Show. I am  usually very skeptical about the products that are sold by vendors such as yourself. However, we were desperate. It turned out to be the best $80.00 we over spent. We used the deep cleanser for the spa as you recommended and then used the The Natural Solution Water Treatment. What a treat.

No Chemical smell, No harsh chemicals. The tub stays clean and fresh. For any of you thinking about the products! BUY THEM. You won't regret it. Thanks again Don&Deb

#11   We just wanted to say thank you for your product. We have been hot tub owners for almost 20 years and The Natural Solution is the best thing we have seen. To not have to constantly test and add chemicals is a blessing. The best thing is that Kate Has problem with staph infections in the past,  and they always seemed to be triggered from using the hot tub. Every since we switched to The Natural Solution, she has had no problemsk, and we are able to enjoy our spa more than ever. We are true believers and loyal customers. Thanks again.

#12 Please be advised that your Natural Solution Hot Tub Water Treatment products are much better than the nasty chemicals that came with our spa. With the original chemicals my wife suffered with two bouts of a serious staph infection. Adding all the original chemicals became  a nightmare and then we started using your product and we haven't had any further problems with skin or staph problems. I would advise any spa owner to use your fine product.

#14 You are a life saver- I purchased a new spa and we started breaking out in a rash, we hired the company to come and decon the spa and still we broke out in a rashes- did not know what to do-just spent over $8,000 and could not use the new spa- found you and cleaned the spa wit your cleanser, use your water treatment and life could not be better- we  (my wife and I) have now been using the Natural Solution for about a year- it is the BEST- clean water ez to use- Really a great product! I've been using a spa daily for 33 years. A year ago I had problem with itching that I traced to the spa. By replacing the chlorine treatment wth The Natural Solution a year ago, my itching has completely stopped. Furthermore, The Natural Solution is far easier to use, and the water seems much clearer. I previously used SpaMagic and was very disappointed when the product was no longer available. However I've been using The Natural Solution for six months and I have to say that I actually like it better. My hot tub water seems much clearer than with SpaMagic, and it doesn't have that "earthy" smell I used to get at the end of the SpaMagic cycle.

I debated for awhile about whether to use The Natural Solution or go back to Bromine, but I'm VERY glad I stayed with the Natural product. I hate the itchy feeling that bromine gives me after a relaxing spa, but there is only clean, clear water with The Natural Solution- and one bottle lasts 4 months.  I know that you will love it as much as I do so don't be afraid to try it!
